Brave Browser   is a worthy alternative web browser to some of the most notable browsers because it’s safer, free of annoying ads, and without intrusive trackers. The Brave Browser is one of the latest additions to the collection of free, open-source web browsers. It has had a long beta testing period, so it’s a very in-depth and well-developed browser. It was developed by  Brendan Eich , who is one of the most notable creators of JavaScript and the co-founder of the Mozilla project. The two main distinguishing features of the  Brave Browser  are the privacy and the ad-free environment, and the second is the reward system the Brave browser has in place. If you’re looking for a worthy alternative to browsers, then you should give this one a try, at least.

Chances are , you’re reading this in Google’s Chrome browser. As of October 2019,   Chrome owned 67%  of the market, and there are several good reasons. Chrome is fast, it has tons of extensions, and it runs on every platform. But there are cracks in Chrome’s armor, and privacy is one of them. That’s where the Brave browser comes in, and given that it’s just exited beta status, I decided to give it a quick spin to see if it can replace Chrome on my devices. Privacy for all Mark Coppock/Digital Trends Yes, that’s right, Brave is all about privacy, and that’s where it stands out the most. Out of the box, Brave blocks a host of bothersome web site practices, more so than any other browser.

If you have read some of my posts before you might know I am a big fan of Firefox. I also strongly dislike Chrome. But there is one chrome based browser I have started to grow fond of and that is   Brave . Brave and cryptocurrency I first heard about Brave because of the build-in cryptocurrency called BAT. Also known as  Basic Attention Tokens . It seemed like a neat idea. Block ads but support websites with a cryptocurrency called BAT. You can give tips or auto contribute based on the time you spend on sites. So I tested it out. It was neat but I wasn’t sure if it was for me. One thing was it seemed like a pain to convert BAT into real money. I was also never really a cryptocurrency enthusiast. And it was Chrome based.  But I seen potential in BAT and I was glad someone was attempting something new. Brave’s ad blocking and bandwidth saving What ended up getting me to switch was an event that ruined my day. I was looking up some info on my phone when my wife asked...
